Upload your resume via the PDF Viewer app. That way, visitors can open the document in a new tab or download it for their records. They will not, however, be able to change the document, which works perfectly for the protection of your official documents. You can resize the PDF Viewer app to your liking. Please know that the PDF Viewer app only works with PDF documents, not Word documents.

To insert the PDF Viewer app, go to "Add Apps", and search for "PDF Viewer." Then click the blue "Add" button. From there, you can select a PDF to embed right into the page. Find the PDF Viewer app tutorial here.
